What you will do

  • Design and operationalize GTM plays across segments, industries, products, and channels.
  • Define target segments, ICP criteria, value propositions, and performance metrics for each revenue play.
  • Establish dashboards to measure funnel health, conversion rates, and overall GTM effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to translate market insights into applicable projects.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategy development.
  • Conduct structured analysis to identify performance drivers and present data-backed recommendations to executives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting within B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects that guide measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Glean) to accelerate research and content development.
