What you will do

  • Develop and maintain compensation analytics models to track quota attainment, incentive payouts, and ARR performance.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify performance drivers and risks, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead quarterly performance analyses of compensation plans and suggest program enhancements.
  • Support the design and financial modeling of compensation plans, including OTE economics and quota frameworks.
  • Build scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and GTM Operations to align compensation with business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation analytics, FP&A, or RevOps, preferably in SaaS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for analyzing incentive and performance data.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting insights to executive leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ARR-based compensation and recurring revenue models.
  • Proficiency with Snowflake, Salesforce, or Captivate IQ.
  • Knowledge of Python or other data automation tools.
  • Experience with HRIS and workforce planning systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
