What you will do

• Architect the GTM Data Engine by connecting sales, CS, RevOps, and product usage data across Cloud offerings.
• Design and maintain scalable data models and pipelines for customer health scoring, risk analysis, and KPI metrics.
• Build executive-ready dashboards (MBRs, QBRs) using Power BI and Salesforce.
• Implement AI-powered systems and prompt engineering frameworks to accelerate insight generation and automation.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses for FY planning, headcount modeling, and GTM segmentation.
• Collaborate with CS leaders and RevOps to translate operational questions into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in SQL, BI, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses, ETL tools, and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Python or R, Excel, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Proven experience building analytics products or data systems from the ground up.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in or able to work in Morrisville, North Carolina.

• MBA or an advanced quantitative degree.
• Prior exposure to Customer Success, SaaS customer lifecycles, and renewal economics.
