What you will do

• Build and manage integrated transformation plans, milestone structures, and governance rhythms across multiple workstreams.
• Drive program governance through status reviews, executive materials, action tracking, and decision forums.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure alignment on scope, timing, ownership, and delivery expectations.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, surfacing tradeoffs and escalation needs to leadership.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and summaries that provide clear visibility into progress and next steps.
• Continuously improve transformation processes and governance practices to support more effective enterprise execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, Technology, Program Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, transformation PMO, strategic operations, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at the enterprise level.
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to develop materials for senior leaders.
• Must be based in New York and available for in-person interviews.
