What you will do

  • Monitor online portals, download documentation, and attach files to the correct records.
  • Review Excel enquiry spreadsheets, cross-check against internal data, and investigate potential matches.
  • Review and update monthly bordereau data and ensure analysis is correct before issuing to clients.
  • Answer telephone calls and handle general enquiries.
  • Perform scanning/photocopying and other administrative tasks supporting business objectives.

Requirements

  • British Citizenship required (sole British national or dual national with one part being British) with no restrictions on working in the UK.
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Good standard of written English.
  • Proficiency with office tools, including Word and Excel.
  • High accuracy in data input and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and seek guidance when needed to support compliant decision-making.
