What you will do

• Calibrate, maintain, and repair electronic test equipment to meet manufacturer and internal standards.
• Perform fault isolation and troubleshoot complex issues using a logical, methodical approach.
• Develop and document calibration procedures for new or custom-built test equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design and maintenance practices.
• Mentor junior technicians and share technical expertise to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure all calibration records are accurate and compliant with internal quality requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electronic calibration, assembly, repair, or maintenance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of electronic test equipment including calibrators, power supplies, and encoders.
• Background in metrology, specifically involving circuitry and test system startup.
• Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation.
• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
