Location: Fully onsite in Centennial, Colorado, United States
Salary: $41–$57.50 per hour, plus overtime eligibility, equity, and benefits

What you will do
- Install mechanical components and build, integrate, and disassemble sub-assemblies, subsystems, and system-level hardware.
- Fabricate, install, and align test fixtures and ground support equipment using engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers.
- Set up and operate component-level environmental tests, including vibration, shock, and thermal vacuum testing.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support calibration of vibration tables, shakers, TVAC chambers, vacuum systems, and chamber controllers.
- Install test instrumentation such as accelerometers and thermocouples and support data acquisition setup.
- Document build activities, test setups, anomalies, non-conformances, calibration records, and equipment logs while mentoring junior technicians.
Requirements
- U.S. work authorization or eligibility under ITAR requirements is required: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required authorization.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical integration, assembly, and testing.
- Experience with thermal vacuum testing, vibration testing, component-level environmental testing, and maintenance or troubleshooting of shakers and TVAC chambers.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions and use precision hand and torque tools.
- Experience with chamber controllers, vacuum systems, data acquisition systems, shaker controllers, and test instrumentation.
- Ability to work onsite in cleanroom and laboratory environments, lift up to 40 lbs, and work flexible hours including occasional off-shift or weekend test campaigns.
Nice to have
- Experience with aerospace, defense, or satellite hardware.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, ESD-sensitive handling, cryogenic systems, and high- or low-vacuum systems.
- Forklift, crane, or hoist certification.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior technicians.
