What you will do

• Support new product introduction and test engineering by preparing data and running evaluations.
• Execute setup, qualification, and troubleshooting of technical tasks across teams.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure readiness.
• Maintain test plans, engineering records, and reports for project visibility.
• Contribute to product quality and smooth development execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, and technical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.
• English: Good written and spoken communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Tianjin (Weiwu), China.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, or student competitions.
• Familiarity with engineering design, verification, programming, or lab tools.
