Principal Product Quality Engineer SiC

What you will do

• Represent Quality Management within the SiC product development team.
• Correlate SiC failure mechanisms with reliability measures and define product qualification approaches.
• Implement hirify.global, JEDEC, AEC, and customer-specific quality procedures and standards.
• Define final test specifications and verification activities, including measurement methods and testing environments.
• Identify quality gaps, yield losses, and production problems; lead root-cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions.
• Support customer requests and complaint handling, manufacturing-process qualification, data analysis, and PCN activities.

Requirements

• PhD or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; wafer fabrication and assembly-process experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor physics and applications, preferably in the SiC domain.
• Knowledge of international quality standards including AEC-Q101 and AQG 324.
• Experience with statistical data analysis, measurement equipment, device testing environments, and problem-solving techniques.
• Fluent spoken and written English; strong communication, presentation, influencing, conflict-resolution, and teamwork skills, with willingness to travel.
