Global Installation Engineer-Semi-Shanghai/Beijing/Wuxi/Chengdu-New Graduate

Location: Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, or Wuxi, China. The role requires domestic and overseas business travel at a rate of 70%–85%; relocation eligibility is not available.

What you will do

• Assist senior engineers with installing customer semiconductor equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades.
• Provide technical support at customer sites and communicate directly with customers.
• Work with electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Complete technical, safety, and on-the-job training while following company and customer site requirements.
• Travel domestically and internationally at a rate of 70%–85%.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in customer or field support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in electronics, automation, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of at least one of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics, with willingness to continue learning.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to walk extensively, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces and at heights, lift up to 35 lbs., use hand and power tools, and wear cleanroom personal protective equipment.
