Senior Compensation Analyst (AI)

Base compensation: $117,000–$160,000 USD annually

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for data and model training, inference, and production deployment, with infrastructure spanning compute, storage, networking, and applied AI.

What you will do

• Lead compensation programs, salary structures, job classifications, and market pricing strategies.
• Own merit and bonus planning cycles, including financial models, manager guidelines, audits, and expenditure reconciliation.
• Analyze compensation data to identify pay equity and compression issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain compensation and job data integrity in HRIS systems and establish audit standards.
• Develop compensation policies, procedures, reporting standards, and training for HR and business stakeholders.
• Lead process improvements and automation across job pricing, merit cycles, and compensation reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, job analysis and evaluation, and market pricing.
• Experience presenting compensation recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience with human capital and compensation management systems, advanced spreadsheet functions, market pricing software, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.
