TL;DR

Salary: CA$345,000–CA$395,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and cold calling to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for largest customers.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex 6- and 7-figure deals, collaborating with legal and finance teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tailored presentations to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Help define and shape the sales motion and go-to-market function in an early-stage team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver industry-leading products.

Requirements

  • Must have 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles with a proven track record of managing $1M+ quotas.
  • Experience closing complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals and managing large accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies and sales teams from early stages or growth phases.
