What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance and subscription renewals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze account reviews and meetings to create practical proposals for expansion, upsell, and tech refresh.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying and resolving issues through cross-functional collaboration.
- Deliver RKO presentations to technical buyers to validate purchase value and identify growth opportunities.
- Educate customers on end-of-life (EOL) events to execute early platform migration motions.
- Apply AI to campaign measurement, forecasting, and segmentation to improve decision speed and marketing impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- 3+ years of service renewals experience with an emphasis on channel partners.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SaaS applications, deployments, and cloud migration.
