What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance and subscription renewals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze account reviews and meetings to create practical proposals for expansion, upsell, and tech refresh.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying and resolving issues through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deliver RKO presentations to technical buyers to validate purchase value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Educate customers on end-of-life (EOL) events to execute early platform migration motions.
  • Apply AI to campaign measurement, forecasting, and segmentation to improve decision speed and marketing impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Poland.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • 3+ years of service renewals experience with an emphasis on channel partners.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SaaS applications, deployments, and cloud migration.
