What you will do

• Drive foundational design decisions for the Capability OS, including training programs, documentation standards, and skills data.
• Lead training program development using a systems engineering mindset to architect content for production.
• Manage the full intake lifecycle for new manufacturing capabilities across skills matrices, LMS, and OJT content.
• Collaborate with operational teams to translate role-specific competencies into measurable, repeatable training programs.
• Maintain a consistent global framework for documentation and system configurations across all factory locations.
• Partner with product managers to translate system gaps into clear requirements for internal workforce software.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR compliance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Manufacturing, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, project management, or technical Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated ownership of building systems and defining standards in a regulated or quality-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated industrial environments like aerospace, welding, or precision manufacturing.
• Background with AS9100, ISO 9001, or NAVSEA standards.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, LMS platforms, or Articulate Rise/SCORM development.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
