What you will do

• Set up and operate assembly equipment including hydraulic presses, welding machines, and drill presses.
• Rotate through various work cells as directed by the supervisor to support production flow.
• Pack finished products for shipment according to established standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the production area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production cell.
• Perform all duties in strict accordance with quality standards and work instructions.

Requirements

• Must have proficient English reading and writing skills to comprehend MSDS sheets and instructions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools and read measuring devices.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing for sustained periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
