What you will do

• Manage and coach on Maximo Local Business Administration.
• Champion workplace safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight for equipment, tooling, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain facility layouts using 2D AutoCAD.
• Collaborate on problem-solving for equipment efficiency and downtime reduction.
• Facilitate technical training and develop work instructions for maintenance and production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering support role within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Maximo MAS-9.
• Demonstrated ability in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work C-shift, weekends, and overtime as required.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering support.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes (grinding, drilling, milling, turning).
• Experience with high-volume fabrication and statistical analysis.
