What you will do

• Support manufacturing engineering initiatives to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
• Assist in the design, testing, and validation of new products.
• Execute continuous improvement and product sustainment projects.
• Analyze operational and engineering data to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a current student with Junior or Senior standing, on track to graduate in 2027 or later.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
