What you will do

• Maintain solar power plant vegetation to prevent operational impact on solar arrays.
• Operate trimmers, edgers, tractors, and various mowing equipment for land maintenance.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and ensure routine cleanup of debris and waste.
• Collaborate with land maintenance contractors and sheep ranchers.
• Assist with cleaning PV panels and the maintenance of onsite ponds and waterways.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental laws and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to travel to the site in Locust Grove, VA.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company equipment and vehicles.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various outdoor weather conditions.
