Salary: $18.80 - $28.30 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct entry-level commercial energy audits for small and mid-sized facilities
• Engage directly with customers and contractors to explain program offerings and encourage participation
• Document inspections, installations, and customer interactions accurately
• Perform on-site installation of energy efficiency measures including physical labor and use of basic tools
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate basic technical or installation issues as needed
• Travel daily throughout a defined territory using a company vehicle

Requirements

• Must reside in or around El Paso, TX
• Valid driver’s license and meet company driving safety standards
• Ability to perform physical labor including bending, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders
• Experience in construction, facility maintenance, or installation preferred
• Customer service skills
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and motor vehicle record check
