What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of partners through the engagement lifecycle to drive revenue growth.
• Evaluate, attract, and onboard new strategic partners to expand market reach.
• Develop joint strategy and planning across sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Track and manage partner performance and sales pipelines.
• Negotiate partnership agreements aligned with company requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition knowledge and resolve escalated partner issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of professional experience in partnership management within SaaS or technology.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through channel partnerships and co-selling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal technology, legal operations, or professional services.
• Experience scaling alliances in growth-stage or PE-backed companies.
