Location: Ottawa, Canada (Hybrid; requires willingness to travel and collaborate in-person in regional hubs)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop global Sales Engineering teams to drive technical sales strategy and revenue goals.
  • Provide executive-level support for strategic accounts, key opportunities, and customer escalations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting, and deal strategy.
  • Influence Product roadmaps by providing market insights and surfacing customer needs.
  • Recruit and mentor top technical talent across international regions.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success and Growth Strategy to increase partner adoption and reduce churn.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large, diverse international teams and driving revenue impact.
  • Strong technical background in RMM, Security, Data Recovery, IT Admin, Networking, Database, or ITSM.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Cybersecurity experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration in regional hubs.
