Location: Must be based in Canada with legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction
Salary: $80,000 – $84,000 (plus target sales commissions)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of named accounts, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with customers to build and execute joint success plans that drive product adoption and business value.
- Monitor customer KPIs and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize solution usage.
- Conduct regular business reviews to articulate the value delivered and progress toward customer milestones.
- Drive business growth by identifying and facilitating cross-sell and upsell opportunities for services and products.
- Act as an escalation point for high-impact issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure quick resolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success roles, with additional background in sales or support.
- Proven experience in the cybersecurity industry is required.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
- Strong ability to build strategic relationships with senior executives and key influencers.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in managing project plans and milestones.
- Understanding of recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes.
