What you will do

  • Co-lead revenue strategy alongside the CRO to define long-term vision and GTM execution across all segments.
  • Oversee Strategic Accounts and Regional Sales leadership teams to ensure quota attainment and customer impact.
  • Develop and scale a company-wide Cross-Sell program to drive expansion within the existing customer base.
  • Own enterprise-wide sales forecasting and pipeline health in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Act as a strategic representative of the CRO in board updates, internal leadership forums, and external events.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, inclusive revenue leadership team with clear succession planning.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, revenue operations, or GTM functions.
  • 5+ years of experience in an SVP or equivalent executive-level role.
  • Proven success scaling SaaS or recurring revenue organizations to $100M+ ARR.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle economics, and enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to engage with stakeholders and customers.
