Salary: $97,000 - $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a team of remote operations, teleoperators, and mission control associates to execute short- and long-term targets.
• Ensure software and hardware tests are executed to high standards through hands-on leadership.
• Drive process improvements across safety and efficiency for TeleOps and Fleet Operations.
• Act as a "player/coach" and serve as the first point of contact for service escalations.
• Collaborate with TeleGuidance, PMO, User Experience, and Product teams to align with overall goals.
• Conduct regular written and oral performance feedback to uphold an inclusive and safety-centric culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a high-level collaborative environment promoting teamwork.
• 3+ years of experience as an Instructor or Lead within an operations team in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and improve operational efficiency in complex technical environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with management and explaining technical issues.
• Must be based in and work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ 5 days per week.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of autonomous vehicle industry or operations experience.
