What you will do

• Champion product quality for all Construction Autonomy New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Drive efficiency initiatives to reduce reliance on physical machines using AI-based validation, virtual product development (VPD), and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL).
• Lead NPI Product Quality activities, including detailed validation planning and status reporting.
• Manage priorities and day-to-day coordination for the global integration and validation team.
• Lead the coordination of defect and issue management, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Expertise in multiyear strategic validation initiatives and annual budget planning processes.
• Strong experience presenting concise status summaries to executive-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in developing and managing complex project management plans and schedule pressure-testing.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience with complex system-of-system products.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the USA (Mossville, IL or Irving, TX); visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in Heavy Equipment, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Robotics.
• Prior validation or testing experience in Engineering Product Development.
• Hands-on experience with HIL equipment testing.
• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) in an engineering context.
