Salary: $155,000 – $185,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Diagnose and redesign manual or high-friction processes across the employee lifecycle using AI and automation.
• Architect and implement a scalable tiered People support model.
• Monitor operational performance using Jira Service Management and data analytics to drive strategic recommendations.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional People initiatives as the program management engine.
• Develop and maintain internal playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge bases to ensure operational consistency.
• Partner with People Partners, Recruiting, Engineering, and Finance to manage cross-functional dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People operations, HR consulting, or program management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual (ITAR compliance).
• Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational design using technology or automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Zapier, Workato) and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project management fundamentals and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
