What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to align on outreach and engagement strategies for target markets.
  • Generate and qualify Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via phone, email, and personalized communication.
  • Perform high-volume outbound prospecting (approx. 80% of the role) targeting salons, spas, and MedSpas.
  • Convert inbound inquiries (approx. 20% of the role) into scheduled discovery calls or product demos.
  • Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per week.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position the platform effectively.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in outbound calling.
  • 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Confidence in engaging business owners and uncovering operational pain points.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Outreach is a plus.

  • Experience or familiarity within the wellness/salon industry.
