Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and marketing assessments for the sales team.
  • Manage lead data and sales forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with all prospective customers.
  • Apply internal resources to prioritize and nurture high-potential opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Previous successful sales experience or a strong desire to launch a career in sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude to master sales tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and handle objections daily.
  • Strong competitive nature and self-driven motivation.
