What you will do

• Lead the scrum team in utilizing Agile methodology and scrum practices to achieve internal customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and coach the development team on self-organization and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to provide education and support in managing the product backlog.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders while tracking KPIs to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of prior experience working within a scrum team.
• Valid Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org (e.g., A-CSM, PSM, or PSMIII).
• Strong understanding of Risk Management, API, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, master's degree, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
