TL;DR
Agile Scrum Master (SAFe): Facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams within a Scaled Agile Framework for federal government programs with an accent on PI planning, impediment removal, and cross-team dependency management. What you will do
- Lead and coach Agile teams operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Facilitate PI Planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, cybersecurity teams, and developers to support successful delivery.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years leading Agile Scrum and/or SAFe teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified SAFe Scrum Master certification.
Nice to have
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Practitioner certification.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps environments.
- Experience supporting Federal Financial Management systems.
