What you will do

• Support the preparation of documents and artifacts required by the agency's governance framework.
• Provide project coordination aligned with the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC).
• Develop management plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and integrated master schedules.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
• Perform process mapping, diagramming, and testing to document results.
• Prepare status reports and summaries while providing technical assistance for system implementation.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust 5).
• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for agile teams in public health or life sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio governance or program management.
• Proven experience in risk management, including identification, analysis, and mitigation.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar portfolio management software.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or PMI.

Nice to have

• Experience managing IT portfolios using agile frameworks.
• Experience with IT portfolio financial management, including budgeting and cost-benefit analysis.
