Salary: $94,150 - $120,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead Agile ceremonies and provide direction to development and testing team members.
- Manage the entire Scrum process, including the maintenance of Scrum artifacts and tools.
- Coordinate release management and support the USPS management team's change management efforts.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data-intensive applications, including COBOL mainframe systems.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce risk and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required for USPS Public Trust security clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of experience (or 9-12 years of relevant experience without a degree).
- Professional certification as a Scrum Master.
- Deep knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proven experience utilizing DevOps and Agile methods to promote collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience using VersionOne or equivalent Agile project management software.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processing.
- Experience with mainframe systems.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
