Manager, Corporate FP&A (Fintech)

Location: United States. Remote-first role with office spaces in San Jose, California, and Draper, Utah.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the Adaptive Planning financial planning system, including models, workflows, and data integrations.
• Manage corporate planning, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and identification of key business drivers and risks.
• Consolidate financial forecasts and prepare presentations and narratives for senior executives.
• Partner with Accounting on financial statement presentation changes and maintain consistency across systems.
• Apply AI tools such as Claude Cowork to accelerate analysis and streamline reporting.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and cross-functional financial projects.

Requirements

• Proven corporate FP&A experience across planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and the ability to communicate complex financial results clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning or a comparable platform such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, Pigment, or Planful.
• Experience designing, building, or implementing planning systems and data integrations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable combining technical work with executive-level strategy.
• Experience with AI tools; SQL, databases, and reporting systems are advantageous.
