Salary: $142,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related configuration, maintenance, and support.
  • Lead system design and optimization across Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, and Payroll.
  • Manage Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment of new features.
  • Partner with People, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness across all people systems.
  • Evaluate and leverage emerging capabilities like AI and automation to improve user experience and data insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles with deep Workday expertise.
  • Proven experience leading or heavily contributing to at least one full-cycle Workday implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration across multiple modules.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, data structures, system integrations, and APIs.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Workday certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Integrations).
  • Experience scaling Workday in high-growth or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and people analytics.
  • Experience with additional HR systems like Ashby or CultureAmp.
