What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Lead system design and optimization across Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, and Payroll.
- Manage Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment of new features.
- Partner with People, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness across all people systems.
- Evaluate and leverage emerging capabilities like AI and automation to improve user experience and data insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles with deep Workday expertise.
- Proven experience leading or heavily contributing to at least one full-cycle Workday implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration across multiple modules.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, data structures, system integrations, and APIs.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Integrations).
- Experience scaling Workday in high-growth or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and people analytics.
- Experience with additional HR systems like Ashby or CultureAmp.
