What you will do

  • Own and evolve the global compensation framework, managing job architecture and salary bands across 19 countries.
  • Lead the end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus plans, and market benchmarking.
  • Drive the Workday implementation as the senior HR authority on requirements and design decisions for the compensation module.
  • Establish a people analytics foundation and leadership dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop the AI adoption roadmap for HR, automating workflows and evaluating AI vendor tools.
  • Oversee pay equity monitoring and advise HRBPs on offer and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Technology at a global company.
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing HRIS or HR operations teams.
  • Experience driving process change through technology or automation with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills for compensation modeling and presenting to C-level executives.
  • Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (Boston, MA).
