Salary: $132,900 – $195,700 USD (based on geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Workday professionals, overseeing performance and career development.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Total Rewards, and Business Partners to implement effective system solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage security roles and permissions across the organization.
  • Prioritize and manage Workday projects while acting as the primary point of contact for system inquiries.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and assess their impact on organizational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven experience with Workday system administration, configuration, and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
  • Experience leading a team in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Workday Pro certification.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with Workday security and compliance requirements such as SOX.
