What you will do
- Implement and administer global compensation programs and initiatives in partnership with the Compensation Team Lead.
- Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including salary adjustments, incentive payouts, and equity allocation.
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and pay equity analyses to support program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and HRIS teams to ensure successful execution and system deployment.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, guidelines, and communication materials for stakeholders.
- Support the advancement of global job architecture and leveling frameworks across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and salary administration.
- Experience with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platforms.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.

- Experience in a multinational technology, AI, or SaaS organization.
- CCP, GRP, or related compensation certification.
