What you will do

  • Implement and administer global compensation programs and initiatives in partnership with the Compensation Team Lead.
  • Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including salary adjustments, incentive payouts, and equity allocation.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and pay equity analyses to support program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and HRIS teams to ensure successful execution and system deployment.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, guidelines, and communication materials for stakeholders.
  • Support the advancement of global job architecture and leveling frameworks across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and salary administration.
  • Experience with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a multinational technology, AI, or SaaS organization.
  • CCP, GRP, or related compensation certification.
