What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce planning.
• Manage and optimize the ATS (Greenhouse) and candidate experience workflows.
• Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, compliance, and policy administration.
• Develop HR processes and best practices while contributing to employer branding efforts.
• Manage relationships with external search firms for specialized senior roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of recruiting experience with exposure to HR operational responsibilities.
• Proven experience owning hiring across a variety of technical and non-technical functions.
• Startup experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and HRIS systems (Gusto is a plus).
• Must be based in San Leandro, California.
