What you will do

• Define the integration and platform strategy to ensure data reliability and trust.
• Ship AI agent workflows that automate GTM tasks across customer systems.
• Partner with engineering and design to simplify complex integration setups for non-technical users.
• Own reliability as a product outcome, including uptime, data freshness, and error handling.
• Manage direct customer relationships to translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of features from migration and deprecation to sales enablement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, specifically with integrations, data sync, or platform/API surfaces in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with integration primitives like OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, and data mapping.
• Proven track record of treating reliability as a core product outcome.
• Experience shipping production-grade AI or agent-powered features.
• Systems thinking ability to understand how decisions impact data identity and downstream syncs.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
