What you will do

• Define and lead the brand and creative vision for OpenAI Business across campaigns, launches, and digital channels.
• Build scalable creative systems that make the business story clear and distinct.
• Translate complex AI products and technical capabilities into memorable creative work for business audiences.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Research teams to create connected narratives and experiences.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of writers, designers, creative directors, and producers.
• Deeply integrate AI tools into the creative process, from concepting and prototyping to production.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading brand or multidisciplinary marketing teams in senior leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio across brand platforms, product storytelling, and executive communications.
• Experience building brands for complex technology, such as AI, cloud, or developer infrastructure.
• Real fluency with AI tools and workflows to improve creative quality and speed.
• Ability to operate as both a creative leader and a business partner with strong prioritization judgment.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
