What you will do

• Lead creative direction for advertising and content in the US market across TV, digital, social, and OOH channels.
• Build and manage a high-performing creative team across the US, Australia, and Manila.
• Develop creative standards and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all regional teams.
• Partner with marketing, growth, and product leaders to translate business goals into impactful creative strategies.
• Manage in-house teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality, scalable execution.
• Embed data, trends, and insights into creative work to optimize performance and impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in senior creative leadership roles within agencies or in-house teams.
• Proven track record of leading major advertising campaigns in the US market.
• Deep expertise in brand and performance creative across digital and traditional channels.
• Experience mentoring and managing creative teams across multiple global markets.
• Strong understanding of consumer tech or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a collaborative, people-first approach.
