What you will do
- Develop and execute a multi-year brand strategy to increase brand equity, awareness, and market share across diverse segments.
- Build a distinctive brand narrative by analyzing market dynamics, competitor positioning, and consumer insights.
- Direct the AI Brand Architect to build and deploy AI models and agents that scale brand voice and identity programmatically.
- Spearhead the creation of domain-specific AI solutions and autonomous workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Manage brand operations, including global brand education, retail (Snowstore) operations, and procurement processes.
- Design upskilling programs for the marketing team on effective prompting and co-creation using brand-certified AI tools.
Requirements
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading brand strategy and large-scale multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering.
- Proven ability to develop AI workflows, automations, and templates that drive efficiency at scale.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders across the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required; MBA preferred.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Experience with Wrike and Canva.
