What you will do

• Define the overarching platform narrative and messaging framework to articulate Snowflake's differentiation as a trusted AI data platform.
• Drive GTM strategy for major platform launches, including messaging architecture, launch tiers, and analyst briefings.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities based on market signals and customer feedback.
• Develop field enablement programs, battle cards, and technical ROI materials to help sellers win.
• Establish and track KPIs for GTM programs to improve messaging effectiveness and pipeline influence.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of high-performing product marketers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 3 years of people management.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, data, and AI platforms.
• Proven ability to create narratives for both technical evaluators (engineers, architects) and executive buyers (CISOs, CTOs).
• Track record of building GTM programs that measurably influence pipeline and revenue.
• Executive presence and communication skills for C-suite and industry analyst presentations.
• Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA.
