What you will do

• Own end-to-end U.S. and Canadian benefits operations, including vendor coordination, audits, and administration.
• Support global benefits operations in partnership with the international benefits lead.
• Manage compensation and equity operations, including benchmarking, market data analysis, and cycle support.
• Improve People Ops workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, and ticket triage.
• Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and operational reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and other tools to streamline manual processes and improve vendor performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards, or HR operations.
• Direct experience with U.S. and Canadian benefits, including open enrollment and vendor management.
• Exposure to compensation and equity operations, including survey submissions and market data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR data reporting.
• Strong operational judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
• Must be based in the United States.
