What you will do
- Own end-to-end U.S. and Canadian benefits operations, including vendor coordination, audits, and administration.
- Support global benefits operations in partnership with the international benefits lead.
- Manage compensation and equity operations, including benchmarking, market data analysis, and cycle support.
- Improve People Ops workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, and ticket triage.
- Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and operational reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and other tools to streamline manual processes and improve vendor performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards, or HR operations.
- Direct experience with U.S. and Canadian benefits, including open enrollment and vendor management.
- Exposure to compensation and equity operations, including survey submissions and market data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR data reporting.
- Strong operational judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Familiarity with global HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
