What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of HVAC contractor and dealer partner accounts across various geographic markets.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Drive partner engagement, activation, and growth in financing volume and NTP (New to Program) counts.
- Develop strategies to increase comfort plan penetration and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.
- Conduct virtual partner training on financing products and promotional programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
- Proven experience managing a book of business or customer portfolio.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Must be based in Charlotte, NC.
Nice to have
- Experience in HVAC, home services, or related trades contractor channels.
- Familiarity with subscription-based home services or recurring revenue models.
- Experience working within dealer or contractor certification programs.
- Experience selling financing, fintech, or embedded financial products to SMBs.
