What you will do
- Oversee client progress against agreed plans and roadmaps to ensure strategic priorities are met.
- Identify friction points and blockers, working with the product team to drive resolutions.
- Demonstrate the platform's measurable value and ROI against specific client business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for adoption and value realization, coordinating with technical delivery teams.
- Identify growth and upsell opportunities within client organizations in partnership with the Sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Business-first mindset with the ability to understand strategic objectives and conceptual technical platform functions.
- Strong analytical skills to translate delivered value into quantifiable terms (ROI, cost savings).
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions quickly within an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Must be based in Bucharest, Romania for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with agentic AI, AI platforms, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience working across multiple industry verticals.
- Background in building and scaling Customer Success processes and playbooks from scratch.
