What you will do

• Manage inbound leads from restaurants and retail businesses to expand the merchant network.
• Handle incoming calls and requests to convert potential partners into active merchants.
• Maintain and update lead information in Pipedrive CRM to ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate hirify.global's commercial terms, conditions, and partner responsibilities.
• Collect required documentation and guide potential partners through KYC/KYB processes.
• Validate commercial, legal, and operational data to ensure completeness.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, inside sales, onboarding, or partner relations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, specifically when reviewing data and legal documents.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables).
• Fluency in English and the local language (Romanian) is required.
