TL;DR

Senior Recruiting Specialist (HR): Sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates for Benefit Advisor roles with an accent on networking and high-volume recruitment. Focus on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting first-day orientations.

Location: Chicago (Willis Tower). Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

  • Source and screen candidates through networking, cold calling, marketing, and other lead generation methods.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews for top sales candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Present onboarding materials and lead first-day orientation for weekly new hire classes.
  • Manage candidate communications and follow-ups throughout the interview process.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and professional networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be an active ODAH employee for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong computer proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Previous recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
