Location: Chicago (Willis Tower). Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Salary: $45,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do
- Source and screen candidates through networking, cold calling, marketing, and other lead generation methods.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews for top sales candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Present onboarding materials and lead first-day orientation for weekly new hire classes.
- Manage candidate communications and follow-ups throughout the interview process.
- Organize and attend job fairs and professional networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be an active ODAH employee for a minimum of 6 months.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to achieve metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism.
- Strong computer proficiency.
Nice to have
- Previous recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
