What you will do

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define requirements and market approaches.
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques, resume databases, and networking platforms.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and manage the ATS workflow.
• Engage talent communities through various media and articulate the value proposition of opportunities.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide consistent status updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to negotiate offers and drive candidate acceptance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment technologies like ATS.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or HR preferred.
• Ability to adhere to strict compliance standards and OFCCP regulations.
