What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end purchasing cycle for materials and equipment, including planning and executing purchase orders.
- Determine and coordinate transport for orders to and from job sites.
- Manage supplier performance and execute lease agreements.
- Collaborate with the Sourcing team to leverage category strategies and minimize total cost.
- Resolve quality issues and invoice discrepancies while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Communicate site access and transport requirements to suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or a related Supply Chain function.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and commodity markets.
- Ability to work independently with sound business judgement and critical thinking.
- Ability to travel 3-4 times per year.
